Centrifugal polishing machine is also called planetary grinding and polishing machine. Centrifugal polishing machine adopts the principle of centrifugal movement. When the rotating disk rotates, it drives the barrel to rotate at a high speed counterclockwise, and the barrel does not produce rotation. The tumbling polishing medias and products in the barrel are subjected to the action of centrifugal force and have a strong movement with the barrel. This achieves the efficient deburring and polishing effect. It is suitable for batch large and medium-sized work finishing processing, especially suitable for the products with shaped cavity holes.

Replaceable polyurethane inner barrel: It has four small rolling barrels, and the polyurethane lining of each small rolling barrel is an independently made polyurethane barrel. These barrels have uniform specifications and are quickly changed.
MC nylon gear transmission: The gear material is MC oily nylon, with light weight, high strength, self-lubrication, wear resistance, anti-corrosion and insulation and other unique properties. It replaces the corresponding metal gear and can effectively reduce sound and noise. The service life of gears has also been extended.
High polishing operating speed: The machine runs at speeds up to 175/ min. The high speed can make the grinding and polishing efficiency more higher and shorten the polishing processing time.

Method of use:
1, Check whether the power joint.
2, Pull the slide cover up and lock the turntable with the brake.
3, Remove the roller clamping wheel and remove the tumbler cover.
4, Open the tumbler cover, add the product, polishing abrasive and water to the tumbler, close the cover and install the compression wheel.
5, Two sets of cylinders can be used, which can greatly increase the running time of the main engine.
6, Make sure that the roller is installed, release the brake device. Put down the slide and press the start button to start the machine.
Note:
Each cylinder in the work volume (product, polishing abrasive, water, etc.) most no more than 45% ~ 55% of cylinder volume.
Artifacts and abrasive ratio of 1:1 ~ 5, the fine grinding of 1:10, specific artifacts should be determined after test.

Method of use:
